Job Description:

USD #467 is seeking a junior high (grades 7 & 8)  teacher.  This position also is 7-9 Athletic Director.  Coaching is available.  This person must be licensed to teach middle school in the state of Kansas or eligible to obtain a Kansas license.  Coaching at the junior and senior high levels is available.

Reimbursement for college hours taken to renew licenses is available and the district will pay all expenses for teachers to acquire an endorsement in ESOL.

In 2009 Wichita County passed a bond issue to build a new grade school which opened in August of 2011.  Also recently constructed is a new Vocational Agriculture building and weight room facility.  Energy upgrades including new HVAC and improved lighting are part of the project.
